The apartment is located in Vironas area - it is  a district in the south-eastern part of Athens with bordering areas of Pagrati, Kaisariani, Kolonaki, Mets. In walking distance from here there is the Panathinaikos Stadium (Kallimarmaro), which the first in the modern history Olympic Games were conducted, the first Athenian cemetery, the burial place of many famous people of Greece.
